Decisions, decisions

The famous beginning of the year when everyone makes resolutions. Some questions are easy to answer but some, not so much. How do we make the right decisions? For our life and especially for our loved ones. Andy Stanley has a new book and video on "Better Decisions, Fewer Regrets." I highly recommend it for some great ideas. But the most important guide for decisions is the Bible. I always take time to pray for answer, just like many of you, and like you I really wished God would right down the answer for no mistakes. We must study his word and have faith in God. I have always heard, "pressure makes diamonds." As a husband, father, son, brother, friend, coach, and christian I feel incredible pressure because so many loved ones are affected. Sometimes it would be easier to stay a piece of coal, but God did not design us to be just coal. We are his chosen ones, he loves us so much he gave his only son for you/me. His blessings are incredible such as my wife, daughters, friends, and family. Let us agree that from this day forward, we are members of God's family and he wants us to use our talents for his glory. Each of us has a purpose on this Earth to serve the Lord. Blessing and love to you all!

Joshua 24:15 But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.”
