Facts vs Opinion

"Facts are stubborn things: and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passion, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence."

-John Adams 2nd President of USA

Facts can be a large burden sometimes when they contradict opinion. Many times we believe we know or we are correct without all the facts. Many people believed the earth was flat and you could sail off the edge. Lucky for Columbus this was just a opinion or theory and not a fact. Some stubborn people will continue the arguement when the facts are in front of their face. We must accept all the facts, even the ones we disagree on. If you can first accept the fact that the Bible is the word of God, all else falls in place. Now I can believe that Jesus died for a sinner as bad as me. I can be forgiven of my sins and recieve a home in paradise. These facts give me great comfort as I go this world. I love Texas with all my heart and agree it is beautiful but I feel sorry for Tanya Tucker. I know when I die I WILL GO TO HEAVEN and Jesus does let cowboys in.

Thank You Lord for the fact you are a loving Father, your gift of Jesus, and bringing me to you.
